The IPA 2024–2025 tournament concluded with the IPA Finals on May 25.

Waterloo wins the IPA Finals and is crowned the 2024–2025 IPA champion, followed by Georgia Tech, Carnegie Mellon and Oxford. Waterloo entered the playoffs as the 10 seed and won three of the five tables, while Georgia Tech won two.

This is Waterloo’s first IPA Finals appearance and first IPA title. The team first competed in the 2021–2022 IPA season, when it was eliminated in the regular season, and reached the IPA Playoffs in 2022–2023. The team now adds a championship to its collection.

Congratulations to Rahul Bangre, Gene Brand, Eric Jiang, Brandon Kwan, James Lu, Matthew Wang, Kaiwen Xu, and Joshua Zheng. This is the first year of IPA competition for all Waterloo players.
