IPA Playoffs (2022-2023) Match 2 Recap
Overview
The IPA 2022-2023 tournament resumes with the second IPA Playoff match on April 15th.
USC, Pomona, Georgia Tech, and Columba Law continue to lead their respective groups. The margins between Pomona and Carnegie Mellon and Georgia Tech and Harvard close in. Carnegie Mellon and Harvard both sweep four of their five tables. Pomona still remains the only leading seed team to maintain the top placement.
Group A continues to lead with 9-seed USC. 1-seed Vanderbilt trails with 10 points behind. Indiana trails USC by 25 points. Emory trails by 31 points. USC sits with a healthy lead over the rest of the pack. Vanderbilt will need a strong finish in the final playoff match to secure a seat in the IPA Finals.

Expect to see more conservative poker play in the final playoff match.
